Apple has posted a feedback page for the iPhone. Apple assures every feedback sent in will be read by a member of the iPhone team. Often times, these feedbacks go straight to the product manager for the device, so feel free to tell them what you really think of the iPhone.
If every iPhone buyer sent Apple a note asking, for example, for iPhone’s Mac OS X to be opened to third-party software, Apple would be hard pressed to not appease the cry for such support.
