      Because of the Network differences and Customer Support. The Vibrant is the best choice, because on average it supports 4.4Mbps download speeds and 1Mbps upload. In contrast ATT’s phone barely reaches 1Mbps download and 0.5 upload.

      Costwise, if you Cross 2GB of traffic (and this easily happens with high end phones) ATT offerings are just ridiculous and foolish. So unless you want to be ripped off, you better try out the Vibrant for 70 dollars a month you get more than what ATT offers for 100!
