  • AT&T Offering Netbooks with Service Bundles in Select Atlanta and Philadelphia Stores

AT&T has announced that it has begun a limited trial around Philadelphia and parts of Atlanta whereby the carrier is offering netbooks for as low as $29.99 with qualified service plans.

The Acer Aspire One, Dell Inspiron Mini 9 and Mini 12, and LG Xenia are being offered in select stores along with a trial set of plans known as Internet at Home and On the Go which combine broadband wireless access via 3G, home internet service, and AT&T Wi-Fi spots.

Since pricing for the netbooks is contingent on plan chosen, pricing varies from $49.99 with a new 2 year agreement and the Internet at Home and On the Go service plan while standard DataConnect plans are not subsidized.
