The iPhone 3G 16GB has been cut to $149.00. That’s the lowest price that the highest-end iPhone has been sold for in the United States. The price is now only $50 more than the iPhone 3G 8GB refurb, which remains at $99.00.
And, today and tomorrow only, the Samsung Eternity refurb has gained the most dramatic price drop. For a limited time, the phone is available for free with new two-year agreement. The Eternity is one of the first touch phones on AT&T to feature GPS Navigation with AT&T Navigator service.
To lock in the free-with-contract price, AT&T does require you to sign up for a data unlimited plan, and AT&T Navigator add-ons. Like many other bundle discounts, AT&T does this to encourage you to try out high-end features, and then decide if you want to keep them.
