A Personal Blog?

A lot of people have said to me something like this: “PhoneNews.com is great… but it’s lost a lot of the personal touch. I want to hear what Chris has to think.”

With that, I’ve started to ponder the notion of having a blog. Without trying to sound arrogant, I think I have enough of a position in the wireless industry that I can avoid the glass-ceiling effect (everyone knows I’m outspoken already… I’m never going to lose a job because someone ran a search and “stumbled” onto my blog where I raised a controversial tech topic).

And, I’d like to ask you your thoughts on the matter. I presume a blog of mine would tackle the tech issues of the day. My focus will still be on PhoneNews.com… but when I do things like expose failed MacBook batteries… it just doesn’t jive with the PhoneNews.com blog.
