Ad Flip Flops… and Added Flop Flips for Effect

I apologize if there has been some adverse levels of advertising on the site in recent days. One of our primary ad vendors changed their advertising implementations, and we were not made aware until after the changes had taken effect. We are working right now to change all the ad codes, tags, etc, and make sure everything works right.

This should seem simple and straightforward, but we’re hopelessly overworked right now. The fixes will probably be deployed on Friday. Until then, feel free to shake your fist at any obstructive ads or other ugly things we never wanted on PhoneNews.com… we hate them as much as you do.

Update: All done, no more pop-ups or even more types of annoying advertising on the news.
