Another DDoS Update

I know we’ve received a lot of emails and notes from folks about the access issues you’ve encountered over the past few days. Today, we completed a server move that should resolve this. We’ve re-located the server behind new, advanced hardware firewalls that should suppliment our ongoing efforts to block these attacks.

We have already blocked tens of thousands of IP addresses, the vast, vast majority of which are from bots and servers themselves. In short, we do not think access to PhoneNews.com has been impacted by all this (in the sense of blocking valid users).

However, if you do have trouble accessing PhoneNews.com, please drop us a note in the Contact Us box. This is especially important if you are able to access PhoneNews.com from a particular connection/location.

This DDoS attack wave has delayed our progress on a number of fronts, we hope to get back to work on all of them right away.
