Coffee Anyone? Update Swarm…

As noted below, we’ve moved forward with tweaking lots of site code tonight. First, we pulled the (now unnecessary) bridge between IP.Board and Joomla (dig through the old blog posts for details on why and the future of that). We’ve updated IP.Board to the latest version (2.3.3, up from 2.3.1). Finally, we also deployed some SEO code for Joomla.

Because of this, you’ll also notice that the title on the main page of PhoneNews.com has changed. This is both more attractive to search engines… and hopefully folks will stop calling us the way-too-generic “Phone News”.

These late-night updates will pave the way for deploying some SEO improvements for IP.Board, hopefully this weekend.
