Giveaway Reformation

Some of you have sent in some complaints about our giveaways. And, to that, we have nothing to say but that we’re sorry.

Never in our wildest dreams did we think Joomla would start to fall apart on us, right when we’re spending all our free time (yes, including personal time) to switch the site to WordPress. I can’t share with you enough how personally depressing this is to have to burden. We hate Joomla, what it has become, and what it is doing to us profesionally right now.

Some ideologs have shot themselves in the foot to spite their open source faces. And, we’re bearing the brunt of the bad code, with no clear upgrade path.

Enough doom and gloom. It’s obvious that our giveaways are going to have to go on-hold while we switch the site to WordPress. We’ll resume them once everything is operational, re-brand them as re-launch giveaways, and augment them with more free stuff to give away.

Existing giveaway winners will continue to receive their gear. We’ll be resuming shipping tomorrow.

Again, I know many of you are coming back daily in the hopes of a new giveaway, but we hope you’ll stay for the news and discussion… so just stay tuned, we promise we’ll make things better.

I also know some of you think I’m beating a dead horse talking about Joomla and WordPress… sorry, it’s all we’re doing right now… and we have yet another week of perpetual non-fun to pull through before everything gets better.
