BlogNewsletter: Coming Soon
About a week ago, we hit 7,000 members. Why is that number important? Well, unlike some, we aren’t obsessed with the number seven. However, If we were to celebrate eight or nine thousand, it wouldn’t be nearly as fun to celebrate the logarithmic clock-over when we get ten thousand members.
However, we’ve found that a significant number of viewers are inactive. Not a majority certainly, but more than most web sites on a percentage basis. So, we’re going to work on that.
How are we going to work on that? Well, in a few ways. The first thing we’ll be setting up is an email newsletter. The first one will be a reminder that PhoneNews.com is the fusion of Sprint PCS Info and PCS Intel… so any readers that might have missed out on those transitions can come back online. We’ll be spotlighting the fourms, Knowledge Base, and basically things you already know about if you’re reading the blog.
We’ll see how the newsletter goes, it probably will not be a monthly type of item, but more likely sent out a couple of times a year, and when we launch any major features (CTIA coverage, new Phones Section, etc).
