No More New Windows

We’re making a change in our article formatting today, so that when you click on links to other sites, they won’t open in new windows anymore. We did this years ago to cater to the tabbed-browsing community (so that external sites would open in new tabs). However, we think that people are now up-to-speed on tabbed browsing that if they want to do that, they can on their own (now that IE7 and Firefox both have more-robust tabbed browsing).
