Out Sick, Third Year in a Row!

If it sounds like things are moving slow, if I haven’t gotten back to your email, or if there was something you wanted done… sorry, but I’ve gotten a cold and it has gotten worse, rather than better over the past week.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This is the third year in a row that I have gotten sick within a month of this period of time. Two years ago, flu. Last year, flu… with a flu shot in full effect! This year, flu shot again, but no flu… head cold.

Unfortunately, the area I live in is affected badly by cold and flu season, on an epidemic level yearly. I plan to move at least in part because of it… I’m sick of getting sick.

So, please, take this time to get a flu shot (it’s not too late!), and do what I do, eat right and exercise. Okay, fine, it hasn’t helped me a bit, but if everyone else did it, maybe the disease wouldn’t spread as easily.

I hope to be back up to full speed within a week, but if you’re waiting on something, it will have to wait.
