We Call Them Like We See Them…
I hope that today’s coverage will settle some people’s notions that we have a bias towards iPhone. I’ll take a very brief break from my two week vacation, not only to write the article linked above, but to say this: Our only bias is to the consumer. We’ve said that from the beginning, and we believe that when the best interests of our consumers are being satisfied, that companies are operating at their finest.
But when any company’s goals downright conflict with those of the consumer (and it happens to be in the wireless industry), we call them out. iPhone makes a lot of groundbreaking developments that we hope the rest of the industry quickly answers… but that doesn’t give a company grounds to break existing ground with consumers.
