Browse: Home / Plan Hacker: Get 1 GB Sprint Tablet Plan for About $8/month By Christopher Price on April 1, 2009
Sprint has announced the Sanyo SCP-2700. The phone, which we previously reported, will launch May 10.
The device is clearly built in the image of the Palm Centro and Treo 800w family of devices. The phone is a 1xRTT-only phone, aimed at an audience that wants basic text and picture messaging functionality. It will mirror the feature set of the LG Rumor2, except for the lack of a microSDHC card slot and MP3 functionality.

Where in the description does it mention microSDHC card slot with MP3 functionality????????????
That was an error in the initial report, and has since been corrected. We apologize for the confusion, the delay in fixing it stemmed from the multiple hard drive failures we’ve been dealing with over the past 43 hours (yes, we’ve been counting each hour).
