Curitel to Buy Audiovox Communications *Updated*

Update: Curitel has updated their web site, and of interest is that the Audiovox 8450 is listed. However, the name has been changed to the Curitel TX-65B. The page says it’s the BREW version, but if you click on the Specifications tab it clearly says that it is for Sprint.

Audiovox has announced their intent to sell their wireless division, Audiovox Communications to Curitel Communications. Audiovox and Curitel most recently worked on the Curitel 8450/VI600, soon to be released on Sprint.
