The Sprint Store Ratings System has been updated. San Jose, CA Service Store added.

The Sprint PCS Firmware Tracker has been added with the following additions:

Please, when rating a Sprint Store follow the guidelines and give it a number rating. In the future I may add the ability for people to add comments but currently please leave your ratings to a 1 to 10 score on both ratings and phone service.

Sprint PCS has officially admitted that the hissing and audible beeps that most customers hear on the Samsung A620 (VGA1000) is a software bug, and will be fixed in an upcoming software upgrade.

My email inbox is getting about 100+ virus emails a day. Folks, if you don’t have anti-virus software and are running Windows you are doing everyone a disservice. At least regularly scan your computer using HouseCall or something similar.

Update: That date is for the Business department, unknown if it applies to web and telesales.
I’m trying to piece this together as it develops, but aparrently the T608 will be available to order on Tuesday of next week.
