T608 Update
SonyEricsson has received Sprint’s entire supply of T608s, and will upload the revised firmware into them. Current projections are that the phone will ship in the middle of November. Thanks to contributor (and Sprint employee) cruznis300 for the info.
Phones Section
The Phones Section has been fully integrated into the site (seeing a trend here?), Sanyo 6200 has been added and the Sanyo 4900 firmware version has been corrected. The integration hasn’t stopped though! In the future each handset page will also be integrated into the site, instead of having to load its own page.
Sprint PCS Phone Numbers Updated
The Sprint PCS Phone Numbers list has been updated: Rebate Customer Service added. Also the page is now integrated into the site.
Sprint Creates Mother of All Coverage Maps
Sprint’s business site now has amazingly-detailed coverage maps that provide street-by-street coverage information and even shows upcoming towers in the detailed maps. The Old Articles block has been removed for anonymous visitors. This should make the site much easier to view on a Treo 600 or any other PDA.

Samsung A660/VI660 Page Active
Sprint has uploaded the Samsung A660/VI600 page and 3D model. You can check it out here. It’s good to note (for those that monitor Sprint’s edited links) that Sprint has started assigning SKUs using their internal system (VI660 over A660).
A460 Discontinued
Sprint has officially discontinued the Samsung A460, it is no longer sold on SprintPCS.com. The A460 will be replaced by the Samsung A660/VI660 Vision phone.
A460 Firmware Update *Updated*
Update: Firmware version is WI19. Firmware Tracker and A460 pages have been updated to reflect the change. Sprint has released a new firmware update for the Samsung A460. Don’t have the version number yet, but it appears to resolve a glitch where the phone would erase the phonebook if the battery becomes too low.
