The Bitpim Project, known for allowing Verizon phones to upload unsigned content to their phones via data cable (something Sprint users take for granted), says that they will soon add support for at least the Sanyo 4900 and 8100.

Target has put on clearance a lot of cellular phone accessories, and many car chargers can be picked up for as low as $1.48. Most noteable are for the Sanyo 4900/5300/8100/7200/5400/5500. Of course, supply vaires from store to store, but worth a check…

According to a recent joint press release, Hitachi and Casio will merge phone operations by April of next year. While Casio does not have any phones in the United States, Hitachi does, currently offering both the G1000 Pocket PC, and P300 Vision devices.

T-Mobile has decided to open the floodgates on GPRS connectivity for all customers. Unlimited access is now available on any T-Mobile voice plan, reguardless of price. While it is a little slower then having the GPRS $20 plan addon, or a dedicated data card plan, it is available.
