BitPim has been updated to version .7b11. Updates include bugfixes and improved support for ringtone transfer on Sanyo phones.
BitPim developers are asking for assistance with Sanyo PM-8200 support, and have stated that Outlook syncronization will be available in the near future.

The Sanyo RL-4920 has gone on sale officially today. Orders can be placed via TeleSales, SprintPCS.com and many Radio Shacks already have them in-stock.

Sprint’s Preferred Roaming List has been updated to 10024. This update moves around the priority of some roaming providers (and aparrently increases the priority of some additional digital networks over analog), as well as adding international roaming in Australia and Israel. Sprint has silently posted their Sanyo RL-4920 product page. The page appears to be completed, 360 degree view also works.

Contrary to what other sites are reporting, the phone has not been released yet, though it will be released soon.

Sprint has now issued to Sprint Stores a brochure touting their digital-only coverage map. This coverage map shows Sprint’s digital coverage as well as the digital coverage of their roaming partners. Sprint just released the LG VI-5225 online. The first dual-band digital-only Vision phone will retail for $199.99.

Update: The V60v is now also for sale online. Price has been dropped to $199.99.
Sprint has begun selling the Motorola V60v through TeleSales, for $249.99. The LG 5400/VI-5225 is expected to be launched shortly as well.

The Sanyo 5500/VM4500 has been updated to firmware revision 1.010SP, which we broke the news of its existance. Also, we are receiving reports the Samsung A660/VI660 firmware revision XA28 has been released to stores.
