Cingular: Cingular Discontinues Motorola V600

Earlier this month, Motorola contacted Cingular alerting them to a problem with the RF Performance of the Motorola V600, though they categorized it as minor in nature. Cingular responded by halting all V600 orders until Motorola presented them with a plan to have all V600s updated.

Verizon: Motorola V710 Arriving At Radio Shack

The highly anticipated Motorola V710, Verizon’s first phone with integrated Bluetooth, is finally arriving in Radio Shack stores. Most stores have been issued two or less. Retail at Radio Shack is $519.99 for current customers ($100 higher than the Verizon launch price of $419.99).

Verizon: EV-DO Lands In Vegas

Verizon Wireless today announced that they have launched their EV-DO BroadbandAccess network in Las Vegas and the greater Las Vegas area.
This brings the EV-DO area count to three, as Las Vegas joins San Diego and Washington DC that fully launched earlier this year.

AT&T: Deal Alert: Treo 600 $149.99 After New Activation Rebate

AT&T: Unlimited mMode For Everyone

AT&T has apparently reversed their original plan to only offer the $24.99 mMode Unlimited plan only for UMTS owners, the mMode plan site now says that the plan is available on any GSM/GPRS or EDGE device, as well as UMTS.
