Sprint has issued firmware version H125V1003 for the Nokia PM-6225 to all Sprint Stores. This update is known to fix issues in regard to web browsing and downloading of content.

Verizon: Verizon Launches EV-DO In 11 Cities, Handset Delay Confirmed

Verizon today announced that EV-DO has been officially launched in an additional 11 markets, bringing the total count to 14 markets covered. The following cities were launched today:

Baltimore
Kansas City, KS/MO
Los Angeles
Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL
Milwaukee
New York
Philadelphia
Tampa, FL
West Palm Beach, FL

YABU 0.7.18

Yet Another BitPim Update. Version 0.7.18 brings some important improvements. Most siginficant, BitPim now automates the process of extracting camera pictures for the Samsung A620/VGA1000. Apparently, this also works with the Samsung VM-A680 and possibly MM-A700 as well.

AT&T: GSM Handset Upgrades Available Online

AT&T Wireless GSM customers can now upgrade handsets online. This process has been integrated into AT&T’s Online Customer Service portion of their site. Upgrade prices are very similar to new customer prices, refurbished and corporate discounts are not currently available however.
