Within the past week, Verizon has officially rolled out handset replacement over-the-phone. Previously, both Sprint and Verizon required customers to take their phones into a store, have them diagnosed, and then wait for a replacement phone to arrive (provided the store didn’t have one on-hand).

Palm has launched an update to the HotSync Manager application for
users of Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista or XP. HotSync Manager was
incompatible with Outlook 2007 unless third-party software was
used.This update allows syncing of the calendar, tasks, notes, and
non-wireless email sync through Outlook 2007. The update must be

AT&T (Cingular) has launched another color for the Motorola
V3xx. The phone can now be had in a tranlucent gold finish similar to
the limited Dolce & Gabana Gold RAZR V3 & V3i. Another

with triband GSM (850/1800/1900), myFaves support, speakerphone, and a
choice of dark brown (called Chocolate by T-Mobile) or Red colors. The
phone retails for $119.99 or $19.99 with 2 year agreement and $100
instant online rebate.
