Following up on the official announcement of the forthcoming release of the device, the FCC has released the first test images of the Xperia X1a.
Its important to note that this version of the X1a will not feature support for the AWS 1700 band used by T-Mobile in the US for 3G HSDPA access despite the functionality having been announced in April during the Mobile World Congress expo in Barcelona Spain and its subsequent removal for as yet unknown reasons just four months later, presumably due to concerns with the availability of the network.
The device will launch on November 28th online and through SonyStyle retail stores for $799.99 unlocked.
