The FCC has revealed the first images of the Sony Ericsson Z780a  high-end clamshell.

The phone is expected to feature quadband GSM/EDGE support, triband W-CDMA support with HSDPA high-speed data access, QVGA internal display, Bluetooth with stereo audio support, internal GPS transceiver in tandem with A-GPS support and built-in Google Maps client, email client, podcast client and RSS reader, 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, video recorder, and flash, media player with audiobook support, MemoryStick M2 expansion slot, FM radio, and speakerphone.

The user manual also mentions an option to configure SIP settings for VOIP access, though it is unclear whether the phone will support VOIP over 3G or if the setting corresponds to general internet settings

Neither AT&T nor Sony Ericsson have officially confirmed the phone and there is no further information at this time.
