  • HP Launches iPAQ 910 Business Messenger

After many delays and an announcement earlier this summer, HP has launched their newest entry into the Windows Mobile device market.

The iPAQ 910 Business Messenger is powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and features a 2.4″ QVGA landscape touchscreen display while adding Wi-Fi with WPA encryption support, quadband GSM/triband W-CDMA access with HSDPA 7.2 support, Bluetooth 2.0 with stereo audio support, HP Voice Command, and multi-mode GPS with both an internal transceiver and onboard A-GPS support with Google Maps included.

The device also features a 3.0 megapixel camera with autofocus, zoom and video recorder, microSDHC expansion slot, speakerphone, HP Enterprise Mobility software suite, and the full suite of Windows Mobile applications (Office Mobile, Office Outlook Mobile, Internet Explorer Mobile).

The device is now available unlocked direct from HP for $499.99 which undercuts most other unlocked devices with similar featuresets by almost $400 depending on manufacturer.
