Perhaps it's some some sort of Touch Pro HD with a tilting screen?
In any case, you can bet HTC will release the Touch HD in the USA. It might have a different name with different branding, but it will make it here.

There have been a couple people claiming to be in the know on other forums who said the Touch Pro is not the the next Kaiser/Tilt, but there is a new device with a tilting screen set to replace the Kaiser/Tilt.

Perhaps it’s some some sort of Touch Pro HD with a tilting screen?

In any case, you can bet HTC will release the Touch HD in the USA.
