One of the first official builds of Android Ice Cream Sandwich for the Sprint Sansung Epic Touch 4G has been leaked with nearly complete functionality save for issues with MMS.
The build number for the leak is FB09 [ 4.0.3] with version 4.0.3 of Ice Cream Sandwich being compatible with all hardware. One major caveat to the build is the requirement of a more involved boot process in lieu of a standard startup/shutdown process, but is otherwise functional enough to use while development continues and more leaks are expected.
Sprint and Samsung have yet to make any official announcements regarding Android Ice Cream Sandwich updates from the Sprint line of Samsung phones outside of the conventional initial confirmation that the update is coming soon. The existence of a leaked build at least proves that it is in active development and will be released soon.
