In a press release today, Opera Software has announced a technical preview version of its wildly successful Opera Mini J2ME browser for the Android platform.
The preview is available to developers starting today in order to provide Opera with enough feedback for an eventual Beta release of the software, and expects the aforementioned version sometime this year, though the Open Handset Alliance, the group responsible for Android has not finalized specifications for the platform as of yet.
