Palm Updates Sprint Pre Once Again
Following webOS update 1.0.2 after the launch of the Pre, Palm has once again updated the device to version 1.0.3.
1.0.3 features changes to Calendar Events sync when created in Google Calendar with an accented character, whereby the event will now sync, general changes made will now sync in minutes, and the sync interval has been reduced to 15 minutes.
Changes made to Google contacts on the phone now sync with Google online within a few minutes and the sync interval for Google contacts has been decreased from every few hours to every 15 minutes. Power performance in areas where coverage is sporadic or unavailable has been improved and non-SSL Exchange ActiveSync mail servers are now supported.
Finally, updates for Email, Phone, and other applications are included with no specific changes listed.
