Following up on the news of the Verizon Pantech Escapade in June, leaked internal employee documents have confirmed the launch of the dual mode GSM/CDMA clamshell for August 21st. As reported previously, the Escapade features a 2.0 megapixel camera with video recorder, QVGA internal display, dual-mode dual-band GSM/CDMA access and speakerphone with 3 international adapters, standard battery and SIM card included.
