PhoneNews.com 2-Month Giveaway IV: Nokia 2366i (Verizon Wireless)

Okay, we arranged for this one before Nokia started making CDMA phones again… so we apologize if this giveaway is a bit anti-climatic. We had planned some tear-jerking description about how Nokia’s run of self-made CDMA phones had ended with the 2366i. About how Verizon offered an innovative 3G voice-only phone with Bluetooth, and threw in a complete Series 40 3rd Edition offering. But, alas, it was not to be continued with newer phones… all that work being spent on the 2366i. Ghosts of Sony Ericssons T608 handsets hovered in the room… until this week. So, Nokia CDMA lives on, S40 3rd edition lives on, and well, this giveaway seems a bit less amazing.

But, it is for a Nokia 2366i prepaid phone for Verizon Wireless (or cheaper offerings, like PagePlus, if saving money is something you’re interested in).

This contest will run for 48 hours, and ends at 1:30 AM Pacific on Sunday. To enter, post a comment below. Now, for some rules…

  • You can only enter this giveaway once. You can enter all 31 phone giveaways, but duplicate entries in any one giveaway will cause you to be disqualified.

  • This contest is open to anyone, anywhere. However, you have to provide a valid email address in the email field… or we won’t be able to contact you.
  • We have various tools to detect abuse, including (but certainly not limited to), IP address, email, and cookie checkers. Suspicion of abuse will void your entry.
  • PhoneNews.com staff, associates, and Ellen DeGeneres, Ellen DeGeneres’s Dog, or anyone related to Ellen DeGeneres’s Dog are not eligible.

Congratulations to winner Steven Terry…
