This phone was one of the first Pocket PC Phone Edition devices on Sprint and Verizon Wireless which was manufactured by Toshiba for Audiovox.

A full PDA, it featured a large color touchscreen display, memory card expansion with support for SD/MMC cards and SDIO support for external peripherals, 32 MB of flash memory, RAM, and 3G data through 1xRTT packet data.

While the 2032SP was made by Audiovox, Sprint has chosen to sell it under the Toshiba brand (Audiovox's parent company). The 2032SP is based on the Toshiba e570 PDA, with the Compact Flash slot removed to make room for the internal phone.
