The Motorola V950 features a large 2.2 inch QVGA internal display, T9, DirectConnect push to talk, Java support for games and applications, microSD expansion slot, 2.0 megapixel camera with flash and video recorder, voice dialing, WAP browser, media player, 1xEVDO Rev. A packet data, speakerphone and Bluetooth with stereo audio support.
The Motorola V950 is Motorola's first QChat phone for Sprint. QChat is Sprint's Direct Connect service that uses EV-DO rev. A. Sprint's QChat service is slated to arrive June 6th, and the Motorola V950 Renegade about September 2nd according to the recently leaked 'Spring Roadmap'. It is a high end flip phone that features direct connect, group connect, the ability to block incoming PTT (push to talk) and call alerts, PTT missed call notification, stereo bluetooth, Spint Music Store, Sprint TV, Sprint Picture Mail, Sprint Navigation, Mobile E-Mail, Instant Messaging, SMS Text Messaging, Ruggedized Design, 2.0 Megapixel Camera with 4x optical zoom and camcorder, PC sync, the ability to use your phone as a modem, and of course, speakerphone.
