Modem NAI Disable Procedure

To disable the secondary Modem NAI, go to Menu > Settings > Display. Then, hold the top-left of the touch-sensitive d-pad (in-between up and left areas). A key entry box will appear, at which point you can Flip and enter your MSL code as the security code. From there, you can scroll to Toggle NAI and set it to Off, followed by okay. Power the phone off, and back on.

Trick: Enable Incoming Calls During EV-DO

Go to Menu > Settings > Display. Then, hold the top-left of the touch-sensitive d-pad (in-between up and left areas). A key entry box will appear, at which point you can Flip and enter your MSL code as the security code. From there, you can scroll to Toggle DOTM and set it to Off, followed by okay. Power the phone off, and back on. This will then allow for incoming calls while in an EV-DO data session, however, in a 1xRTT (Vision) data session calls will still be redirected to voicemail.
