I know because my wife has one.

Great review. Just one correction, VoiceSignal has been available on the GSM Motorola KRZR K1 for 2 years now. We call it a bug so we don't have to spend three paragraphs explaining the mess to the world. AT&T needs to put an end to it because this is exactly the opposite of the "open network" that they claim to be promoting.

Hytran, I’m well aware of what AT&T is trying to pull. It's not a bug, so it won't be "fixed". It's up to the application author to get their application SIGNED by Motorola. Google's already started with a signed version of Maps, hopefully this will spread to Gmail. Yahoo Go! is signed, as well. Opera has pointedly stated that it's "too hard" for them to get their app signed. Bs.

Yet another reviewer that hasn’t a clue about the J2ME domain model and why there’s a java “nag” everytime an app accesses the network.

It’s not a bug, so it won’t be “fixed”.
