  • Samsung Leaks First WiMax Device for Clear Service

ImageSamsung has leaked the first details of their first WiMax device for the nascent Clear service in the SWD-M100, which will be branded Mondi when it is released.

The Mondi is an MID with obvious similarities to the recently discontinued Nokia N810 WiMax Edition with a sliding display revealing a QWERTY keyboard with directional pad and dedicated keys for Microsoft Internet Explorer and the Start menu.

No release or pricing details are known at this time, but the launch of the device is expected to coincide with Clear’s planned market expansion this year.

I’ll be glad when this is out, fits in right nicely in place of that Nokia. Pricing info is what I’m waiting on
