It has loud speakerphone and loud enough for regular calls. The back of the phone has a lock on the battery cover so it wont pop off like some phones when dropped and the instruction manual also says it to keep out moisture. I dropped it last night and didnt phase the phone. The main display screen is of the smaller scale not like the Samsung Sync. Overall I like the phone so far.
