Sandisk Launches 2GB M2 Memory Stick

For people with newer Sony Ericsson phones like the W850 and the W810, SanDisk has announced a 2GB MemoryStick M2 memory card, the largest card available in the format developed by Sony. The memory card format is being used in newer Sony Ericsson models and are smaller than the older Pro Duo cards, but not as small as microSD, which were formerly known as TransFlash.

Suggested retail price for the 2GB card is $119.99, $54.99 for the 1GB card, and $44.99 for the 512 MB card. Both
the 512 and 1GB card are available now with no word on a release date
for the 2GB card.
