Sprint Launches Sanyo SCP-2700

As expected, Sprint has launched the Sanyo SCP-2700 messaging device.

The device takes design cues from the venerable Palm Centro and features a QVGA landscape display, QWERTY keyboard, threaded messaging, Social Zone social networking application, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera with video recorder, speakerphone, and access to Sprint Mobile Email Work.

The phone is now available for $79.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $29.99.
