Sprint Referral Rewards Program Skyrockets to $100 Per Referral

Sprint this week once again renovated their Referral Rewards Program. This time, however, they have raised the referral credit dramatically.

For years, the program was a black eye on Sprint’s positioning. The Referral Rewards program was prone to abuse, allowing customers to randomly enter an unlimited number of requests… and ultimately paying off years of service in nefarious referral credits. Some even went as far as to purchase $700 smartphones, billing them to their accounts, and then paying off the bill via phony referral credits. Eventually, the program was corrected to prevent this, but at the cost of no longer being widely promoted by the tech savvy.

Now, Sprint appears to be correcting that. From now, until the end of March, any new Sprint Nextel customer will get a $25 credit for being referred by a friend. However, the real reward is to the existing Sprint Nextel customer that made the referral; they will get $100 (four times the previous amount). The person who was referred to Sprint must call #REF (#733) within 15 days of activating service.

The same limits to the referral program apply, including a limit of 12 referral reward credits per calendar year.

If a customer buys an aircards, does the referral program still work. The instructions state you have to dial from the NEW phone? How do you do this from an aircard?

No, the offer doesn’t apply to aircards.

If you call sprint they might give you the 100$ credit on your account for the aircard referral. It doesnt hurt to try it.

It’s changed a bit, but for now it’s $25 for those being referred and $50 for those that refer you If you need a referral number, feel free to use 7346247702 when asked after dialing #733. Just remember that it must be done within 15 days of activation, and it works for each line of a family plan too Just dial #733 from each phone and place in the referral number.

And from the looks of this site, you can use this for a broadband card too

Congrats, Bmidge It’s nice to get a bit back when signing up. For those that still need a referal for their $25 visa gift card, just dial #733 from your phone after it’s been activated for at least 24 hours and before 15 days of activation. Feel free to use 7346247702 for each phone line or broadband card that you’ve activated. This can be done up to 5 times on a single family plan with 5 lines activated! With the new call any mobile, the Everything Data Plans can’t be beat. Enjoy your new phone and your $25 per line
