I have downloaded the CAB multiple times, erased the program, and tried a data restore, all to no avail. To top it off, the tier2 tech rep I spoke to hadn't even heard of the program. I keep getting error G1000 when I try to configure the program. Did Sprint/WinMo do this for the lulz or is it just moar epic fail. WTB moar win from both companies. It not only won't do address book lookup (you have to manually enter the exact phone number) but it "breaks" threaded messaging that was added to WM6.1. This product makes sMMS worth far more than the measly $5 they ask for. Fortunately I was able to uninstall, reset, and get back to threaded messaging and sMMS. I can’t believe how aweful this is!
