Now STI Mobile is back with a new idea… compensating the retail price of the phone with free airtime. CheapPhoneCards.com is offering the Samsung A820 or LG 225 on STI for $99.99 with $100 of airtime included. This makes the phone “free” when balancing out the value of the airtime.
