I currently have the storm but it has mechanical issues such as cuts off on its own, can't end calls sometimes, phone freezes up, screen blends with other menues (overlap), the touch screen doesn't react to what you want to do with the phone (i.e. if I want to send a text message, then the icon for internet will open). The only way to clear this problem is by constantly takin the battery out and resetting the unit. I am still iffy about getting the storm 2 but I am excited about seeing its qualities and what it has to offer. Hopefully I won't have to do an warranty claim (three in less than a year due to mechanical problems). Overall it is a descent phone. I hope that this phone is a major improvement.
