Verizon Launches Motorola MOTORIZR Z6cx

motorola-z6cx.pngVerizon has launched another version of the Motorola MOTORIZR Z6c World Edition slider.

This version of the slider known as the Z6cx omits the camera found on the Z6tv and Z6c, but is otherwise identical to the former with a QVGA display, Bluetooth with A2DP stereo audio support, microSD expansion slot, GSM 900/1800 radio with GPRS packet data, and media player.

The phone is available now from Verizon Wireless online for $229.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 instant online discount, bringing the total to $179.99.

I wonder why Motorola didn’t include the camera on this one. Maybe they are taking a more ‘business’ approach.

The Z6cx is intentionally designed to not have a camera. It is identical to the Z6c otherwise. The Z6cx is only for customers who cannot have a camera in certain business environments.
