Does anyone know how to turn off the email receive alert? This is a little troublesome but my wife would love to have this feature disabled if possible.

No change list has been posted as far as we can tell... but Verizon does suggest all enV owners update. It can't hurt, and it probably will fix at least some of your issues.

Any detail available on what was improved in this firmware revision? There are some functions I had with an earlier LG that I really want back. For esamples: 1) the software in my enV (T99VZG02) offers no snooze at all for calendar reminders - I need those to be easily snoozable; and 2) wWhen the alarm goes off and offers me a snooze or dismiss option, it doesn't display the current time to help me make that decision. Are those features improved in the new version?
