No matter the country, all wireless carriers are hostile to customers in one one way or another. It’s just a matter of how much you’re willing to deal with on a monthly basis. T-Mobile USA would be well served to look at this video and pay attention to why this guy flipped out if it wants to correct its rapidly declining customer service.
This customer resorted to vandalism because the terms of his contract weren’t very friendly and UK wireless contracts are rather onerous in practice.
