US Cellular has officially launched the LG Genesis dual-screen Android smartphone with hardware QWERTY keyboard. US Cellular picked up the device after Verizon quietly canceled plans to launch the phone as the LG enV3 earlier this year. The Genesis features 3.6 inch external and 3.2 inch internal touch displays, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Android 2.2, 5.0 megapixel camera and video recorder with flash, microSDHC slot with 8GB card included, expandable up to 32GB, Wi-Fi radio, Bluetooth and GPS support. Pricing is set at $249.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $100 mail-in-rebate, bringing the total to $149.99.
