Verizon has launched two new phones that we previously reported on. The
first is the Motorola K1m Fire, which we first reported on here, is a
standard K1m in a shiny red
paintjob. Specs are the same as the K1m Black with 1.3 megapixel
camera, microSD expansion, fromt mounted touch sensitive music player
controls and Bluetooth. The phone is $100 after $50 instant online
rebate and new two year agreement.
The second phone is the Samsung SCH-U340. As we reported here, the
phone is a basic entry level phone with VGA camera, external display,
basic PIM functinality and speakerphone. The phone is being sold for
free with two year agreement and $29.99 instant online discount.
